As a member of our team, you will work closely with the kitchen, service staff, and management to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. You will play a key role in maintaining service quality, coordinating daily activities, and keeping operations organized and efficient.
This position requires a hands-on, proactive, and responsible approach. You should be able to think practically, handle daily challenges calmly, and ensure tasks are completed on time. We are looking for someone with a “get it done” attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and a willingness to take ownership of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions from entry to billing smoothly
- Support daily sales by ensuring good service and quick response
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Manage table reservations and order flow efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
- Ensure correct billing and payment coordination
- Maintain daily reports related to service and operations
Must Have
- Minimum basic education 12th / Degree pass preferred
- Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Local language)
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
- Willingness to learn daily operations and inventory handling
- Legally eligible to work in India
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service role
- Ability to speak additional languages (local language / Hindi / English)
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp messaging for customer communication
- Experience in maintaining simple records or registers
- Ability to understand daily sales, stock usage, and basic reporting
- Good observation skills to identify issues in service or inventory
